We appreciate referrals and are excited to offer a $500 Referral Reward to anyone who connects us with a property owner who completes a sale with us. To keep the program fair and consistent, please review the requirements below:

• Submit your referral through our referral form before we make contact with the seller.
• Make a direct introduction—this means the referral must be someone you personally know and can connect us with (not just a name or an address).

To qualify for the $500 Referral Reward:

1. The property must successfully close.
   The reward is issued only after the real estate transaction is fully closed and funded.
2. The seller cannot already be in our system.
   Referrals who are already in our database, have previously contacted us, or have already been contacted by our team are not eligible.
3. You must be the first person to refer that seller.
   If more than one person submits the same seller, the reward goes to the first valid referral received.
4. Direct introduction required.
   You must provide accurate contact information and/or personally connect the seller to us. Random names, addresses, or unverified leads do not qualify.
5. Some exclusions may apply.
   We reserve the right to decline referrals that violate program rules or are inconsistent with applicable real estate laws.
